Ralentir, respirer, \u00e9tirer pour une d\u00e9tente absolue.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permet de d\u00e9lier les tensions et de se connecter doucement \u00e0 sa respiration.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>YIN &amp; YANG YOGA<\/strong> : Alternance entre yoga doux et dynamique chaque semaine, afin de travailler le renforcement musculaire et les enchainements de postures.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>R\u00e9veil du yogi<\/strong> : M\u00e9lange de douceur et de dynamisme, cette pratique permet de pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Travail global sur tout le corps dans le calme avec une pratique douce afin de poser le mental et la respiration. Puis flow plus dynamique pour mettre le corps en mouvement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e9ance matinal id\u00e9al pour partir sur de bonnes bases !<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Accompagnement pr\u00e9 &amp; post natal<\/strong> : Un moment pour vous et b\u00e9b\u00e9 !
